This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Jaiswal Infratech processes refunds, cancellations, and returns for our CCTV surveillance products, real estate consulting services, and office space solutions. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. CCTV Products and Hardware
- Damaged / Defective on Delivery: If a product is received damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours. We will cover return shipping and dispatch the correct item or issue a full refund.
- Change of Mind: Products opened or used are not eligible for return. Sealed, unused products returned within 7 days of delivery may be eligible for a refund subject to a 10% restocking fee, provided original packaging is intact.
- Installation Charges: Once installation has been completed and signed off, installation charges are non‑refundable.
3. Real Estate Services
- Consultation Fees: Any upfront consultation or site‑visit fees are non‑refundable, as they cover the cost of our expert’s time and on‑site assessment.
- Property Booking: Refunds related to property bookings are governed by the respective developer’s booking agreement, applicable RERA regulations, and the developer’s own refund schedule.
- Transaction Cancellation: If a buyer withdraws a confirmed booking, the developer’s published cancellation policy takes precedence. Jaiswal Infratech will not be liable for any penalties or deductions imposed by the developer.
4. Office Space Solutions
- Customised Office Setup: Work that has already commenced or custom furniture fabricated to your specifications is not eligible for a refund.
- Ready‑to‑Move Spaces: Advance deposits for office space bookings are handled in accordance with the respective landlord’s or developer’s terms. Refund eligibility and timelines are subject to those agreements.
- Service Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable.
5. Installation and Service Issues
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of installation, please report the issue within 7 days of handover. We will inspect the reported issue and, if confirmed as workmanship‑related, rectify it at no additional cost.
- Refunds for installation services will only be considered where the issue cannot be resolved through re‑work or replacement after a maximum of two revisit attempts.
- Requests for monetary refunds related to installation dissatisfaction must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis within 15 working days.

7. Non‑Refundable Items and Services
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Downloadable software, digital products, or configuration services.
- Products purchased on a clearance or final‑sale basis.
- Services rendered and completed more than 30 days ago.
- Third‑party products or accessories that have been opened or tampered with.
8. Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds where only part of an order is returned or where only part of a service was rendered. The refund amount will be calculated as a proportion of the total order value based on the portion of services not provided or products not delivered satisfactorily.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable to issue a refund or compensation for delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic conditions, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
