2. Services Offered
Jaiswal Infratech provides the following services across India:
- CCTV Surveillance Solutions: Sale, installation, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related accessories for residential, commercial, and industrial premises.
- Real Estate Services: Property listings including RERA‑verified apartments, villas, residential plots, and commercial spaces with transparent pricing and full documentation support.
- Office Space Solutions: Fully furnished ready‑to‑move offices, co‑working spaces, and customised office setups across major Indian cities.
3. Orders and Quotations
- All quotes provided on our website are indicative and subject to change based on site conditions, cabling requirements, storage capacity, and actual installation scope.
- A formal quotation will be shared after a free on-site survey. The final price will be confirmed before work commences.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST as per government norms will be charged on applicable services.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
4. Payments
- Payment terms will be communicated in the final quotation. Typically, a 50% advance is required to confirm an order, with the balance payable upon satisfactory completion and handover.
- Accepted modes of payment include: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.
- Late payments beyond the agreed due date may attract a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
5. Installation and Service Timeline
- We aim to complete installations within the timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supply chain issues, or site inaccessibility may extend the timeline.
- Customers are required to provide safe and uninterrupted access to the installation site during agreed working hours.
6. Warranties and Support
- All CCTV equipment sold by us carries the manufacturer's standard warranty. Installation labor carries a 6‑month workmanship warranty from the date of handover.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs.
- On-site support is available during working hours (9 AM – 8 PM, Mon–Sat). Emergency support charges may apply outside these hours.
7. Real Estate Transactions
- Property listings displayed on our website are for information purposes only. Final terms and conditions will be governed by the respective developer's agreement and applicable RERA regulations.
- Property images and specifications are representative. Actual dimensions, finishes, and amenities may vary from those displayed. Site visits are strongly recommended before making any commitment.
- We act as a facilitator/consultant in real estate transactions. The final agreement for sale is between the buyer and the respective developer/owner.
8. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing orders or inquiries.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
- You must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws in connection with your use of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Jaiswal Infratech or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaiswal Infratech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jaiswal Infratech, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or resulting from your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Severability
